Where do I begin….I contracted Tom to take a look at a repair to my sump line that another company had done in August. After getting a bad information and problem solving from KBI, I contacted Tom to take a look and provide me with another opinion. He not only quickly understood the situation but identified the problems. He and his colleague Al were able to re-repair the KBI job that was very poorly done but also were able to confirm and identify an issue with the sump line out in the parkway area that KBI had initially identified. KBI wanted to charge me $3800 to dig and fix the line in the parkway without any other options or discussion regarding utility lines. . Not only did Tom identify the issue but was diligent in immediately contacting JULIE and the Village to have them mark the utility lines and discuss concerns with the gas line impeding the sump line. Nicor came out the following morning and confirmed the damaged sump line that Tom had seen with his line camera. Turns out the gas company had damaged the sump line at some point but they immediately took action to dig it and repair it. I can’t stress enough how awesome it was to work with Tom and his colleague Al to get the repair and resolution so quickly and more so appropriately!!! Also kudos to Nicor for and the Village of Lake Villa for their fast response and resolution. Highly recommend this company!! 5+ ⭐️

Had a clogged kitchen sink drain and a poorly installed P trap and drain pipe that needed to be redone. Tom was quick to respond to my phone call, quickly provided a quote (which was lower than another provider) from a couple of photos and came out as quickly as he could. Job was done quickly and final cost was well under the quote as it didn't take as long as expected. Highly recommended.

Heavy April showers bring May flowers, but they can also cause your sewer to back up and sump pump to fail at the wrong time. Thank goodness Tom was referred to us by a good friend, Kevin. Tom was able to come out when we needed him. The existing sump pump, which was already installed prior to us moving in a little over a year ago, had failed to work when we needed it to. Tom assessed the situation and even went above and beyond by going out to find the right sump pump for us and any additional parts needed. He explained everything he was doing and what needed to be done to help keep it maintained. Very kind, professional and efficient. Tom is the best! Honest and reliable. A different company quoted me 5K for a fictitious sewer line crack and Tom inspected and discovered it wasn't. I'm so happy I found him!
