Core Plumbing is a top of the line company. Their customer service is by far one of the best I have experienced. Caitlin (the dispatcher) was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She went above and beyond to assist us in our water heater tank emergency. Michael (the technician) was AMAZING!!! He did a great installation for the new tank and he even came back the following day to make sure everything was working as it should!!! Thanks to them, we finally have running water and hot water!!! Recently I had a reoccurring plumbing issue at my home, my home would back up week after week. Rick was able to determine there was a break in the line and then was able to provide an estimate for some pipe replacement. Core Plumbing is our GO TO!! Rick, his office support staff and his technicians are so professional! I love that we can email our work orders directly to their dispatch, they contact the tenant to schedule and send us the schedule date, time and job completion. Rick’s job prices are more than reasonable and more importantly I can not recall the last time, if ever, they had to go back to a job because of someone being dissatisfied! We consider Core Plumbing a part of our Team!

Rick was very helpful. Had issues getting a tech out due to property management but they made us a priority, answering our call late at night and coming out first time in the morning to help with a clog that rendered all of our showers, upstairs bathrooms and washer unusable, sending water into the floor and walls. They came out promptly and identified and removed the clog before testing everything. They did an excellent job and the repairs were very professional.

Our family experienced a pretty urgent and extensive issue that needed attention right away. Core Plumbing came through in a crunch and fixed the problem right away. Definitely top notch service. Rick was extremely professional, provided us nothing but a willingness to work for us. He even mentioned to us that he would have been willing to stay most of the night to get the job done. Cleared his schedule and came back the next to not only honor his promise, but to find the problem that no one else could. We had a water leak coming from, what we thought was, our HVAC unit. After the HVAC tech left we were sent Gerardo at CORE contractors. He could've gone on home as it was late in the day but he took the job. He was so thorough! He had to cut through drywall to find the damaged pinhole in the oddly installed pipe. He got it fixed and put back to normal. Great personality and great work. Thanks man!!

Moved into a newly remodeled rental home in East Nashville and was having issues with hot water and water pressure. Eduardo arrived and was amazing! Walked me through what was causing the challenges (incorrectly installed fixtures and dirty water lines) and he corrected on the spot. All said and done in an hour. So impressed with the professionalism and service.

Michael from CORE was genuinely amazing. He solved a pretty involved toilet / shower drain issue thoroughly! He even did a deep clean on the bathroom afterwards, which was a truly nice touch. Scheduling was also super friendly and easy with excellent communication around the appointment and when he was arriving. Excellent service, highly recommend!
